Information For Our Notaries
We partner with certified notary signing agents approved through the National Notary Association. We require all of our agents to be trained via an approved platform or have 1+ year of proven experience and knowledge in real estate document signings. Our signing agents must have an eye for detail and patience in any signing situation.
We utilize an online secure scheduling platform to connect our clients with the experienced notary who will handle their transaction with professionalism and integrity. We rely on our agents to be good communicators and to be able to read and adhere to specific client instructions and all state(s) guidelines. If you are interested in working with our team and clients, please ensure you have an updated profile on SigningOrder, that you are trained and certified, and have a proven track record of successful error free closings for the past 90 days or more.
Our clients expect the best notary signing agent for their job, and we want that to be you. There is nothing more frustrating for our client than to get a package returned with a poor print quality or missing signatures, dates, or stamps. When a signing agent fails to perform their duties correctly, they can delay a transaction that may be one of the most stressful financial events of someone’s life (buying and/or selling a home), causing additional fees and costs for our clients to incur.
